Lead and set the direction for strategies to support site of care excellence, education, infrastructure and operations, and key solutions to coordinate care.
Manage overarching strategic relationships internally and externally, such as 3rd party service/solution partners in the development and execution of overall market strategies.
Set strategic direction and execution guidance for customer facing teams as they engage sites of care in addressing barriers to treatment.
Manage complex and innovative projects and establish vision and direction within a fast moving, challenging and energetic commercial environment.
Lead the creation of innovative strategic plans while hitting the ground running to lead complex product growth opportunity and produce measurable results.
Acts as lead of key vendors, business partners, including assessments and RFP decisions.
Requirements
You have a strong track record of success in deep commercial marketing. You are a highly collaborative, perceptive, problem solver that exhibits strategic insight an innovative agility.
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
7+ years of commercial biotech/pharma experience, within those, 4+ years of marketing experience
Ability to analyze data and insight to drive key choices and define a crisp customer strategy
Work well within a fast paced and dynamic environment with an ability to have an impact in a short space of time
Experience managing complex work streams with cross-functional or external Business to Business (B2B) relationships a plus
Self-starter who functions well both independently or within a team
Strong project and vendor management track record, including resource allocation and fiscal management
Preferred Skills
Experience within Neurology, Oncology, Diagnostic, or Device
Account Management or Key Customer engagement experience
Experience working with an alliance partner
Prior product launch experience
Prior people management experience

The base compensation range for this role is: $164,000.00-$226,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

About This Role
The Alzheimer's Site of Care Marketing Lead will be a critical role and visible leader within the US Alzheimer's Franchise, developing and executing strategies to activate and expand sites of care, improve speed to therapy, and coordinate a complex care pathway between neurology and other disciplines. This position is responsible for establishing strategic direction through analysis of insights to drive key strategic choices and execute a historic launch in Alzheimer's Disease.
Reporting to the Head of Alzheimer's Disease Marketing, this position will focus on HCP and site of care experience initiatives but also requires the ability to collaborate and lead projects that focus on supporting the intersection between prescribing HCPs, care teams, patients, and families.
