Located in the Central region of Singapore, our restaurant offers creative global cuisine Accurately measuring meal ingredients and preparing Mise En Place day in and day out. Preparing assigned food items as per SOP and be service ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Preparing basic salads and sauces, managing ingredients order from suppliers, ensuring absolute cleanliness of the kitchen before closing, monitoring work performance of kitchen assistants Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality. Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies. Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers. Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized. Must be 1. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays due to the nature of business 2. Willing to shuffle various responsibilities with accurate precision and can do spirit 3. Must be proficient in Spoken English 4.
