Responsibilities
- Properly use dispensing and bar coding technology to ensure accurate medication selection, stocking, and order fulfillment for all inpatient and clinic orders, batch fills and automated re-stocks.
- Manipulate and re-package hazardous and non-hazardous dosage forms following procedure.
- Specialized training & competency in hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding.

Education Qualifications Accepted and enrolled as a P3 or P4 (Pharmacy School Year 3 or Year 4) at an accredited school of pharmacy. Required Experience Qualifications 2 years Completion of pharmacy school year 1 and year 2 will satisfy all work requirements. Required Skills and Abilities Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Excellent customer service skills. (Required proficiency) Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
