As a Customs Process Administrator , you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day customs operation by coordinating activities, maintaining process quality, and ensuring work is completed in line with required standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and organising customs-related activities within the team
Ensuring all work is completed in line with standard operating procedures and internal process guidelines
Supporting compliance with local customs authority and statutory requirements
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality across customs processes
Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting excellent service delivery
Collaborating closely with team members, sharing knowledge and supporting cross-training across accounts
Working to deadlines in a fast-moving operational environment
Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and quality-focused, with the confidence to work independently while also being a strong team player.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Strong attention to detail
Good working knowledge of MS Office , especially Outlook, Excel and Teams
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure
Experience working in a regulated and fast-paced environment
Fluent English with good communication skills
Experience building effective working relationships with stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team
A degree or equivalent qualification/certificate
A process-driven approach with a strong focus on quality
A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset
Experience in the logistics industry
It would be an advantage if you also have:
Previous customs experience , ideally across European import and export
A customs qualification/certificate
Experience working with remote teams
A continuous improvement mindset
Experience working in a large international organisation
