Main Mission
Manage the entire order cycle for laboratories (Research), from order entry to invoicing, including physical reception of goods.
Responsibilities
Enter chemistry orders in SAP/Ariba as required; provide backup support for colleagues when needed.
For chemistry‑related activities, use the Revvity (Signals Inventory) platform and ensure accurate documentation of order placements and material receptions.
Monitor orders with suppliers and track delivery dates.
Identify and resolve order discrepancies and ensure effective coordination with Finance for issues or clarifications.
Receive goods, verify storage conditions, and ensure proper distribution to end users.
Enter and update inventory data in the IM system to support accurate inventory management.
Communicate order updates and potential delays to requesters in a timely manner.
Create replenishment requests in SAP/Ariba and update inventory master data (prices, suppliers, quantities).

Required Skills
Knowledge of SAP/Ariba and MS Office (Excel).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear communication (French required, basic English).
Ability to follow quality and safety procedures.
Hands‑on mindset with the ability to support daily operations and take initiative when needed.
