You'll balance strategic support with day-to-day operational execution, helping create leverage across the organisation as Tillo continues to scale ๐Ÿš€ Where you'll work: This role will be based in Cape Town, you'll be part of our global team, collaborating with colleagues and serving customers across the UK, USA, Australia, South Africa, and beyond. This role will work from our Cape Town office 3 days week ๐Ÿข NOTE: The role requires US working hours, 12pm - 7pm SAST. We're the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including USA, Europe, Australia and India. ๐ŸŒŽ Day to day this role will be responsible for Inbox and Calendar Management: Proactively manage and optimise the CEO's inbox, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, anticipating potential conflicts and ensuring efficient time utilisation. Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive national and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa requirements, ensuring all details are meticulously planned. Communication Management: Act as a primary point of contact, screening and prioritising incoming communications (emails, calls), drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely and professional responses. Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and relevant documents. Attend meetings to take detailed minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up. Expense Management: Accurately process and reconcile the CEO's expenses. Information Management: Organise and maintain highly confidential files, documents, and information, both digital and physical, with utmost discretion and security. Research and Reporting: Conduct research on various topics as required, compile data, and prepare reports or summaries. Event and Logistics Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of company events, internal meetings, and other ad-hoc projects as needed. Office Support: Support the Workplace Manager and CEO with general management of the Cape Town office; liaising with building management, setting up for internal/external meetings and topping up snacks/drinks. Ad-Hoc Projects: Undertake special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
