Strategic Operations Lead - Payments, Lending & Telco

About the role

We are hiring a Growth Manager to serve as a force multiplier for our Payments, Lending, and Telco which supports (CashApp, Nubank, and Klarna). This role sits at the intersection of GTM execution and strategy-supporting leadership by driving operational rigor, enabling customer-facing deliverables, developing AI tooling, and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth. This is an ideal role for someone looking to transition from finance or consulting into a high-impact operating role in a pre-IPO environment, with significant exposure to senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams. You will be a generalist wearing a lot of hats, essentially operating as the chief of staff for the GM of Payments, Lending & Telco.
