Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (required).
- RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire; Minnesota RN license required within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of RN experience, ideally in OB/GYN, women's health, or procedural settings.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills, a proactive mindset, and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care.
