About the role
The Employee Benefits (EB) organization continues to invest in modern, scalable data and reporting capabilities that improve analytics, deepen insight into drivers, and enhance the experience of both internal and external employer customers. As the AVP, EBBI and Analytics , you will play a critical leadership role in defining, delivering, and scaling the actuarial data assets, reporting platforms, and analytical capabilities that support both Actuarial and the broader strategic decision-making across the EB portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Actuary, Employee Benefits , this role serves as the senior leader accountable for EB's business intelligence team. You will lead teams responsible for actuarial data assets, employer reporting and business intelligence; ensuring data is accurate, timely, accessible, and increasingly self-service. Success in this role requires a strong blend of execution discipline, innovative thinking, business partnership, customer centricity and data and analytics acumen. This leader must balance near-term delivery commitments with longer-term modernization, while maintaining strong controls and a relentless focus on business impact.
