Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate all aspects of patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes through multidisciplinary collaboration.

  • Clean patient rooms, equipment and supplies between each use. Ensure that adequate supply inventory is maintained for quality care.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree (AA) Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
  • 1-3 years Health care experience Preferred

Job Details: Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm Job Description: RN: Delivers direct and indirect care to patients in an office setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Provides high quality care to a variety of patient populations. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide high quality care and adherence to department policies and procedures/guidelines.
