We are looking for a creative, talented Principal UX Product Designer who can coalesce large systems into an intuitive, usable whole as well as someone interested in raising the bar for craft and culture across our Design organization. If you are a hands-on problem solver who can work with multiple stakeholders, can turn limitations into opportunities, and can lead the team in setting a future vision then this may be the role for you. Great communicator, adept at translating complex flows into compact presentations. A strategic mindset and a systems thinking approach to making the complex, simple. A track record of shipping successful products that require working quickly while managing multiple stakeholders. Experience facilitating design sprints, workshops, or research sessions. Comfort with ambiguity. You embrace constraints and the unknown; you enjoy discovering and defining the problem space. You are authentic and can truly connect with people, you are good at communicating, listening, and sharing, with kindness, humility, and empathy.
