Public Private Venture Project Manager

About the role

You will serve as a Public Private Venture Project Manager in the Asset Management Business Line of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing highly complex projects requiring negotiating and solving conflicts in policy and objectives; 2) Planning long-term projects ensuring all requisite statutory and regulatory approvals are followed; 3) Providing direction to personnel on project actions that have political, financial, legal, or other significant impact; AND 4) Communicating with the private and public sector regarding capital financing techniques, real estate options, construction methodologies, and business strategies.
