Prior experience in a law firm , especially in intake or client services
Experience in consultative sales, client intake, or call-based roles
Familiarity with CRM systems (Lawmatics experience is a strong plus)
Soft Skills:
Strong phone presence with excellent listening and communication skills
Ability to combine empathy with assertiveness , especially when asking for payment
Comfortable discussing fees and confidently collecting payment
High attention to detail and process discipline
Reliable, consistent, and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with professionalism and care

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly disciplined and client-centered Intake Specialist to serve as a critical revenue driver in our firm. This is not a receptionist role -this position directly impacts firm growth by qualifying prospective clients, booking strategy sessions, and collecting consult fees at the time of scheduling.
The ideal candidate combines warmth, empathy, and professionalism with strong sales discipline and adherence to process.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Execute disciplined follow-up on prospects who are not ready to book
Utilize Lawmatics (CRM) to manage all leads and communications
Follow all intake scripts, checklists, and workflows exactly as designed
Clearly communicate value and expectations to prospective clients
Consistently move leads forward through the pipeline
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of all interactions
Book strategy sessions with qualified leads
Qualify callers based on firm-established criteria
Collect consult fees at the time of booking
Navigate sensitive conversations
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone
