Find your future at Revvity Role & Responsibilities: Review, analyze and prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other bid opportunities for submission in support of the sales organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in the review, negotiation and administration of contracts and agreements. Complete vendor questionnaires and documentation in support of the sales process. Coordinate cross-functional teams (such as sales, product development, legal, and finance) to gather necessary information and ensure alignment of responses. Maintain contract documentation and ensure proper storage and organization. Monitor and track contracts requests. Provide other administrative support to the contracts team.

Requirements

• Associates' or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field;
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe; and
• Ideally, a minimum of two years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contracts Coordinator, or similar role.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Organized and able to manage time to accomplish goals despite ever-shifting priorities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
