Lead the optimization of the Photographer Scheduler and related systems, with a focus on data modeling, Excel‑based analysis, and integration of AI‑enhanced routing, forecasting, and resource
allocation.
Build and automate workflows using tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and other low‑code solutions to streamline scheduling, asset intake, and communication processes.
Identify and implement process efficiencies that improve operational speed, accuracy, and market coverage.
Oversee the planning and prioritization of photo and video capture in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams, acting as a facilitator who ensures alignment, clarity, and smooth communication.
Co‑develop KPIs and performance dashboards with Regional Management, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market needs.
Monitor operational performance, analyze trends, and recommend data‑driven improvements to enhance productivity and coverage.
Serve as a strategic partner in shaping the long‑term vision for photography operations, technology adoption, and workflow evolution.
Guide internal teams and freelance photographers to ensure timely, high‑quality coverage aligned with client expectations and campaign timelines, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to motivate, support, and influence others.
Develop deep expertise in OUTFRONT inventory to support strategic route planning, forecasting, and proactive coverage recommendations.
Oversee the review, validation, and organization of incoming visual assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that position OUTFRONT's photography program for scale, automation, and future growth.
Your Qualifications
Strong leadership, communication, and operational strategy skills; must be an effective facilitator and relationship‑builder who thrives in collaborative environments.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling) and comfort working with large datasets.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, or similar platforms.
Experience with digital asset management systems; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Proven ability to manage complex logistics workflows in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
