Description of Work The Business and Technology Applications Analyst II serves as an advanced-level systems analyst and developer responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications within the department's technology environment. This role focuses on supporting and modernizing complex, large-scale applications. The position operates with a high degree of technical independence and must quickly analyze new and existing systems to implement innovative, efficient, and compliant technical solutions. Duties include application development, system administration, and mentoring junior developers in industry best practices, Agile methodologies, and emerging technologies. This role participates in strategic planning, performance tuning, technical design reviews, system troubleshooting, and support for modernization efforts.
