Deliver flight simulator and classroom instruction to ATR pilots, supporting initial, recurrent and upgrade training
Conduct flight checks, assessments and evaluations in line with NZCAA Part 121 standards
Contribute to training program development to ensure continuous improvement and compliance
Maintain training records and ensure accuracy in performance monitoring
Collaborate with operational and training teams to uphold Air New Zealand's high standards of safety and performance
Provide coaching and mentorship to pilots, fostering a learning culture built on excellence and support
Requirements
Eligibility to live and work permanently in New Zealand at the time of applying (NZ Citizen, NZ Permanent Resident, or Australian Citizen)
NZCAA CPL or ATPL
Instructional experience
Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
Eligibility to hold an NZCAA D-Category Instructor Rating
