Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear requirements
Perform ad hoc analyses to provide insights into business needs. Update analyses as needed
Validate data, dashboards, and reports for accuracy, consistency, and relevance
Partner with the Digital team and give guidance on data modeling requirements. Work with Data Analysts to create project requests for the Digital team on formal data models and dashboards
Ensure consistent use of business definitions, KPIs, and metrics across dashboards and reports
Anticipate stakeholder questions by proactively analyzing trends and identifying risks or opportunities
Communicate findings and recommendations in clear, business-focused language
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with business priorities
Document requirements, processes, and validation steps for ongoing improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in technical or quantitative field
2 to 4 years relevant business experience in roles that analyze data, markets, business drivers and customer needs
Ability to translate complex business questions into reporting requirements.
Experience validating data accuracy and identifying inconsistencies.
Ability to establish and maintain consistent reporting definitions and business rules.
Familiarity with Power BI tools to support validation and requirement translation.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and interpret key business processes and performance metrics.
Strong ability to interpret data and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
