Position Summary This is a non-tenure track faculty position within the Department of Human Factors, Safety, and Social Sciences in the College of Arts & Sciences - Worldwide Campus. The position is primarily teaching-focused, with responsibilities supporting undergraduate and graduate programs in Human Factors and related disciplines. Faculty in this role contribute to high-quality online instruction, curriculum development, and program support aligned with Embry-Riddle's mission to prepare students for applied, operational, and industry-relevant careers. This position emphasizes applied expertise and the integration of real-world human factors practice into the learning environment.
