YOUR MISSION PUMA is seeking a Director Marketing Planning to lead our global marketing calendar, budget allocation, and key operational processes. This role plays a critical part in defining PUMA's global marketing blueprint, ensuring executional excellence, and driving cross‑functional alignment across categories and regions. Define the global marketing approach in line with the overall brand masterplan, seasonal calendar, and key brand moments Lead cross‑functional planning and set priorities across categories and regions Oversee global marketing budget allocation, forecasting, and investment governance Coordinate with marketing controlling, indirect procurement, and brand finance Lead a marketing "special project taskforce" to drive transformation initiatives Partner with regions, providing strategic guidance and alignment frameworks Oversee marketing operations (e.g., samples, seeding) to ensure efficient execution Optimize processes and tools to enhance planning, workflows, and accountability Ensure consistent global-regional integration and communication. YOUR TALENT 10+ years of experience in marketing planning frameworks , brand blueprints , or marketing operations Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans Proven experience managing large‑scale budgets and cross‑functional initiatives Excellent stakeholder management across regions, categories, and leadership levels Strong analytical and financial acumen Experience leading teams and driving complex transformation projects Deep understanding of marketing operations and agency management Industry experience in sports, lifestyle, or consumer goods (preferred).
