Who will you be working with? As a member of the fastest growing business in LATAM region, you will be responsible for building winning proposals and strategies to wining regional opportunities. As a member of the Comercial Transit Service, you will be responsible for the internal alignment and approvals with senior leadership, for costs, pricing and deliveries, with intense work with international teams. The leader will have an important position on budget and strategy cycles, having a direct input on our numbers to senior leadership. What do we want to know about you? Graduated in Engineering or Business administration with good technical understanding Experience leading complex negotiations, and/or proposals Fluency in English Microsoft Office package, especially Excel Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong internal network with international teams Influencing skills, been able to strategize and convince senior leaders of the company on the deal strategy and pricing. Develop commercial offers for the various Transit products and services, including the Services (after-market) and OEM (original equipment) segments; Be fully aware of the various cost positions that impact a complex offer (material, labor, logistical and financial costs); Concatenate the costs raised and approved with the different areas in a group tool (FCA Appraisal), carry out profitability simulations, sales value and cash curve; Manage CRM database creating and updating regional tenders; Carry out a market study to assess sales value, as well as a benchmark in the company's internal history; Understand the impact of local investments for the making of offers, estimating the return on such investments in a portfolio of projects; Understand and update the installed base of products in the region, raising opportunities for services; Lead the internal approvals routine for offers to be released to customers; Lead contracts negotiated with clients regarding the Terms and Conditions of each project, aiming to align them with the company's guidelines and propose changes to the commercial and legal teams where necessary; Participate in the elaboration of the Transit strategic plan for the development of this P&L in the region; Participate in the elaboration of the Annual and monthly Transit Budget/forecast for the region; Supervise the CS team (analysts and sales engineers), promoting continuous improvement; Lead the Transit offer process, promoting its continuous improvement, including in the face of the Wabtec Transit commercial process.
