Implement and drive Quality Management programs and processes across global operations
Ensure alignment of systems, processes, and operating procedures, identifying and resolving gaps
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable quality solutions
Support and maintain quality policies and frameworks, ensuring compliance and effectiveness
Contribute to the design and evolution of Quality programs and initiatives
Lead or contribute to process improvement and transformation efforts
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Provide technical guidance and expertise to teams and leadership
Influence adoption of best practices and new ways of working
What You Bring
8-12+ years' experience in Quality Management in a global, regulated environment.
Recognized subject matter expertise with the ability to operate independently
Strong experience working on complex, cross-functional projects
Proven ability to influence without authority and build trusted partnerships
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges
Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent experience)
