Lead Enterprise Integrations: Own and lead the design, development, deployment, and support of integrations connecting Impartner (the Trimble Partner Hub) with core business systems.
Architect Identity & Access Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain secure Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using industry-standard protocols ( $SAML\ 2.0$ , $OIDC$ , $OAuth$ ).
Build Modern API Ecosystems: Design and manage API-based integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Docebo, Bynder , and other enterprise applications.
Drive Salesforce CRM Synchronization: Architect and maintain bidirectional synchronization patterns between Salesforce CRM and partner-facing systems to ensure reliable data exchange.
Enable Data-Driven Insights: Design and implement data pipelines and reporting integrations supporting analytics platforms such as DOMO and Snowflake .
Establish Integration Standards: Define and promote integration architecture patterns, middleware standards, API governance, and development best practices across engineering teams.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement monitoring, alerting, retry mechanisms, rate-limiting protection, and observability practices to maximize system reliability.
Mentor Engineering Teams: Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, guide developers, and maintain high-quality architecture documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of dedicated experience in Backend, Integration, or Platform Engineering roles.
Programming: Strong coding proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or Go ).
API & Architecture: Deep expertise in REST APIs, web services, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
Identity Technologies: Strong working knowledge of identity and authentication protocols ( $SAML\ 2.0$ , $OAuth\ 2.0$ , $OIDC$ ).
Data Ecosystems: Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data orchestration, and cloud-native integration services.
Soft Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, particularly Impartner (and its direct integration with Salesforce).
Experience integrating learning management systems ( Docebo ) or digital asset management platforms ( Bynder ).
Experience implementing observability solutions, monitoring frameworks, and operational dashboards.
Knowledge of cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
Exposure to integration with enterprise analytics and reporting platforms like Snowflake and DOMO.
