Job Summary The HR Business Partner (Regional) is a hands-on, commercially minded HR leader supporting business operations across Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia . The role partners closely with regional and country leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring HR solutions drive performance, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. This position manages day-to-day HR operations while contributing to strategic workforce planning and the execution of the regional HR agenda.
