Role Overview We are looking for a Deployment Strategist to operate at the intersection of product and sales. You will be responsible for driving deals forward and making Dirac real inside the customer environment. You will own the technical and operational side of enterprise engagements, from early discovery through deployment, working directly with customers to map their systems, structure the engagement, and push adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical and operational execution of enterprise deals alongside Account Executives
  • Architect customer engagements from discovery through deployment
  • Map customer organizations, identify stakeholders, and understand internal dynamics
  • Translate engineering and manufacturing workflows into concrete implementations
  • Push customers toward infrastructure-level adoption within their existing stack
  • Define timelines, scope level of effort, and create urgency to move deals forward
  • Lead technical discussions and proofs of concept where needed
  • Manage early deployments to ensure successful rollout and adoption
  • Build clear materials including decks, process flows, and system diagrams to communicate solutions
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to relay insights from the field

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, deployment, or similar roles
  • Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, or hardware-focused organizations
  • Strong ability to understand technical systems and translate them into business impact
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive outcomes
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action
  • New York Pay Range
  • $100,000 - $140,000 USD
