The Employee Relations Partner serves as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to employees and leaders, managing complex and high-risk employee relations matters. This role provides expert guidance on sensitive employment issues, serves as the primary point of contact for workplace concerns, and helps foster a positive, compliant work environment. The Employee Relations Partner also supports a strong organizational culture by promoting fairness, accountability, and respect.

Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelors: Human Resources Management (Required)
Additional Job Information:
Required Work Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on employee relations, labor relations, or as an HR Business Partner focusing on conflict resolution, grievance management and workplace investigations.
Other Information: Equivalent experience and education:Master's Degree and three (3) years of relevant HR experience.
