ABOUT YOU College Degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or Equivalent Work Experience Strong English communication skills both written and verbal. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly motivated and able to take initiative without supervision. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and shift priorities as necessary. Strong analytical skills.
