Production Planner

About the role

Plan and prepare the production schedule for manufacturing, analyzing moderately complex production specifications and plant capacity to determine processes, tools, materials, and labor requirements. Draw conclusions and develop potential improvement strategies for review with the production planning team, with recommendations potentially shared with the business. Track changes to the production schedule to monitor performance against established goals. Collect data and inputs necessary to create accurate production schedules. Other duties as assigned. Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila. About You: Bachelor's degree required. One to two years of experience in a similar role. Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
