Provide mentoring and support to Resident Educators, ensuring compliance with two years of the Resident Educator Program. Instruct and support teachers with curriculum resources, instructional materials, digital platforms, and classroom technologies. Co-teach and model effective instructional practices in classroom settings. Coordinate and assist with the resolution of PowerSchool, iReady and other digital curriculum or assessment-related issues at the building level. Participate in planning and presenting professional development sessions, collaboration days, and in-service events. Provide job-embedded, meaningful professional development opportunities for staff. Support curriculum implementation, assessment maps, and pacing guides where appropriate. Assist with the identification, selection, and development of instructional resources and training materials to support student growth. About You: Master's degree in Communicative Disorders or equivalent (required) ODE licensure as a speech language pathologist (required) Current State of Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology License (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (preferred) Ability to maintain effective relationships with students, peers, parents, and community.
