Senior Officer / Assistant Manager, Payment Infrastructure

Requirements

• Secondary education or above is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience is preferred.
• Well understanding of payment products, systems and operations.
• Solid experience in payment infrastructure management and development such as SWIFT, RTGS, Faster Payment, CIPS, CCASS and HKGX.
• Good knowledge of payment industry trend and market knowledge.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements such as AML Compliance on payment.
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Prudent and attentive to details;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: - Create and approve payment transactions and message routings. - Assist team head to supervise daily operations of FPS and Payment Market Infrastructure including but not limited to SWIFT, RTGS, CIPS, CCASS and HKGX. - Classify and distribute all incoming SWIFT / CIPS messages to related parties. - Handle payment inquiries from internal and external customers. - Perform day-end reconciliation of payment messages. - Prepare and support UAT. - Assist in preparing monthly management report. - Report issue found on Faster Payment transactions and Payment Market Infrastructure - Prepare monthly MIS reports for PCO. - Perform other duties assigned by Team Head and supervisors.
