This position is for work in a hybrid format, Contagem MG. Who will you be working with? You will work in the Finance team focusing on controlling and generating productivity in our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with Operations teams, including manufacturing, planning, fulfilment, and global stakeholders. How will you make a difference? You will act as the point of contact between Finance and Operations, guiding teams towards cost-out initiatives and productivity improvements. You will support the Supply Chain Finance team in closing analyses, budget and forecast processes, as well as control and dissemination of productivity metrics and validation of cost-out initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing the Capex plan for Operations, covering Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas. What do we want to know about you? - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. - Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). - Advanced English proficiency. - Ability to collaborate with different teams and connect Finance with Operations. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Ability to track, review, and report monthly forecasts by account, including risks and opportunities (R&Os), while supporting financial closing processes. - Knowledge of financial viability analysis. - Understanding of financial processes and manufacturing dynamics. - Ability to optimize processes, automate routines, and demonstrate flexibility with a continuous improvement mindset. What will your typical day look like? - Act as a key interface between Operations and Finance teams on a daily basis. - Collaborate weekly with global Operations teams to align financials and strategy. - Manage and update best estimate projections with frequent reporting. - Support monthly closing activities and financial performance analysis. - Monitor productivity initiatives and validate cost-out actions. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes.
