Role Summary and Impact We are currently looking for a Business Manager - Connections & Strategy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of integrated communication strategies and connections planning for a portfolio of leading brands. You will play a key role in translating client business objectives into audience-led media strategies, ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints. Working closely with internal specialist teams, clients, and partners, you will drive strategic thinking, innovation, and media effectiveness while ensuring strong alignment between planning, investment, and performance outcomes. In This Role, Your Goals Will Be: In Three Months: Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, categories, and communication objectives. Build relationships with internal teams, clients, and media partners. Understand planning tools, frameworks, and connections planning approach. Support ongoing strategic planning and campaign development processes. In Six Months: Independently contribute to connections strategies and integrated media recommendations. Translate audience insights into actionable media and communication plans. Work closely with specialist teams to deliver cross-channel integrated solutions. Begin leading key client discussions and strategic reviews. In Twelve Months: Lead connections planning for assigned accounts independently. Develop innovative, insight-driven communication strategies that drive business growth. Identify and deliver commercially viable opportunities and strategic partnerships. Contribute to new business pitches and award-worthy strategic initiatives. What Your Day Job Looks Like Develop integrated connections and communication strategies across multiple channels.
