15% - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to interpret policies to plan and design an accurate curriculum and documentation, including online learning courses.
15% - Participate in Loan Administration project meetings and assist other departments with documentation of policy and procedural changes as needed. Coordination of announcements and rollouts of changes to lending materials for all Credit Union employees.
10% - Assess the training, as necessary, and evaluate the different delivery channels available when establishing new loan procedures, programs, products and systems.
20% - Oversee lending interest rate changes and lending content changes for Credit Union websites. Write memos and articles for member facing publications. Update all Lending manuals when necessary changes are needed. Partner with SMEs across the organization to enhance all lending related content.
Required Education:
Associates Degree
Additional 5 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree
Desired Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Finance or Accounting

Required Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:
2-5 years of Credit Union experience or 2-5 years in consumer lending and real estate lending
Exposure to formal classroom/ virtual instruction and facilitation
Proficient in MS Office suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, Adobe Pro, Snagit
Fluent in English, expert communication in verbal and written language
Analytical thinking skills with the ability to conduct research and interpretation on own
Successfully completed, or the ability to successfully complete the Credit Union's Lending Certification Exam within 90 days of hire
Willingness to travel occasionally
Desired Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:
Technical Writing Certification
Experience with Federal Lending Regulations
Participation in delivery of a formal educational program
