Position Summary
Supervises operations for Patient Registration and Ambulatory Support Services for the department, ensuring the processes of patient registration, ambulatory front desk and reimbursement of physician services.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists Manager of Patient Accounts/Services.
Supervises full and part-time employees in Patient Services.
Compiles daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules, reports and statistics.
Establishes, maintains and updates departmental procedures.
Interviews, hires, takes corrective action and evaluates employees.
