Champion and manage commercial productivity initiatives with key distribution partners by interfacing with customer experience, supply chain, and sales teams.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in marketing strategies and partnership management.
5+ years of experience in partner program management, strategic marketing, or commercial operations/finance, with demonstrated success working in highly cross-functional environments.
Proven experience developing and implementing programs, processes, or tools that support channel partners, distributors, or sales organizations.
Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments , with a track record of building structure, driving initiatives, and delivering measurable outcomes with limited direction.
Experience collaborating across multiple business functions (e.g., sales, operations, finance, supply chain), with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $149,610 - $199,480 (based on experience level)
Bonus: target bonus opportunity 20%
