Handle stakeholders and communication across global locations to ensure alignment, visibility, and progress tracking. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on time and within scope. Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations. Continuously improve project delivery frameworks to increase efficiency and scalability of logistics automation initiatives. Supervise and report on important metrics and return on investment of implemented solutions to demonstrate value and drive future investments. "None of us is as smart as all of us" Do you have what it takes? Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in engineering or project management within a technical field is preferred. Proven experience in manufacturing technology project management in a large scale. Demonstrated experience in automation projects. Experience with shuttle racking, complex conveyor systems, washing equipment, racking, 6-axis robots, and/or vertical reciprocating conveyors is preferred Demonstrated ability in managing suppliers of equipment and machinery Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD or other 2D design software. Financial skills applied to budgeting and cost analysis. Great communication skills - verbal and writing. Focused, proactive and self-driven. Available to travel internationally 50 - 60 days a year.
