Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and champion the enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, ensuring it supports organizational objectives and talent development.
- Program Design & Delivery: Use instructional design methodologies to create formal, informal, social, mobile, video, and assessment-based training programs.

- Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in instructional design, L&D strategy, and program delivery in automotive industry; experience in creative or marketing environments is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, project management, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in instructional design software, learning management systems, and multimedia tools.
