- Experience building or transforming technical recruitment processes and operating models.
- Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance management.
- Mature, resilient leader with strong communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
