Our Launch Management team work closely with our external B2B travel partners to drive the end-to-end delivery of our partner integrations. For this role we are looking for an accomplished project manager with exceptional customer facing skills. Our launch manager role supports our sales team to problem solve and collaborate across functions, ensuring a smooth launch process for each partner. The main responsibilities of your new role are to undertake project management across small and large partners within the portfolio. You will lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders providing planning, configuration and best practice advice. You will work across strategic initiatives providing expertise from the launch team being an advocate of the partners needs and the end-to-end processes. In this role, you will: Own and drive the full onboarding cycle for your portfolio of partners from contract signing through launch Lead strategic kick off calls and complex integration workshops with partners, ensuring a deep understanding of partner requirements and how our solutions will help meet these, tailoring to their business needs and processes Autonomously lead and manage complex, multi-party implementation projects in a highly consultative and proactive manner, with a solution-oriented approach. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to address partner needs, continuously optimizing the overall partner experience and user journey. Document, contribute and manage process improvements and new initiatives Support and manage pre-sales activities and participate in high-stakes RFPs Monitor and report on the status of partner engagements, proactively managing the pipeline and prioritizing launch schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Oversee the partner certification process, providing strategic advice and best practices to ensure partners meet the highest standards and compliance requirements. Provide strategic support in pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs, shaping proposals, and consulting with prospects on technical and onboarding requirements. Experience and Qualifications: 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical domain At least 2 years of customer-facing experience working with enterprise customers on technology solutions Quick learner with the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the client's business, industry and needs Good interpersonal skills and experience working with both business and technical teams Ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other department personnel in a dynamic and time sensitive work environment Multicultural awareness and experience working internationally is a plus Be articulate with good presentation and written communication skills Some experience with Salesforce CRM, or a similar Cloud based CRM, will be a great advantage Current PMI certification is highly advantageous Able to communicate in fluent English. Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills is a plus. The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $76,500.00 to $107,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $122,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
