Validate business application workflows and data extraction processes for accuracy and completeness. 2. Review and analyse Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSD). 3. Collaborate with Business Users, Product Owners, and IT teams to understand and clarify system requirements. 4. Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on requirements. 5. Support the full project testing lifecycle from requirement review to post-release validation. 6. Identify, document, and track defects clearly, including expected vs actual results and supporting evidence. 7. Perform defect retesting and ensure proper resolution before closure. 8. Validate data accuracy using basic SQL queries and perform data reconciliation where required. 9. Execute test cases and ensure smooth alignment between business operations and system functionality. 10. Maintain proper documentation of test results, issues, and system behaviour. 11. Support project timelines by completing assigned tasks within deadlines. 12. Assist in post-implementation support and issue investigation.
