The production site in Spittal an der Drau has been part of this success story since 2018 and has become one of the largest industrial employer in Upper Carinthia with approximately 460 employees. We work on the development and production of solid and semi-solid food supplements and drug formulations, such as Femibion, Bion3, Neurobion, Kytta or Vigantol. Our traineeship positions offer students the unique opportunity to test technical competence and management talent under real conditions and with specific tasks. A growing proportion of our junior staff are former interns. YOUR ROLE As a Validation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance within our manufacturing, packaging, and development operations. You will work collaboratively to ensure that all processes meet GMP requirements and support the successful launch of new initiatives and technical transfer projects. Your main focus areas will include: Operational Support & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive GMP-compliant validation documentation for making, filling, and packing processes, supporting daily operations within a multi-functional team. Innovation & Process Validation: Collaborate closely with Process & Materials Development and Quality Assurance to validate processes for the introduction of new product and packaging innovations. Organizational Leadership: Actively enable, energize, and empower your team colleagues to achieve peak performance, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
