Own leadership-ready materials for the VP, including decision memos, executive summaries, strategic narratives, and performance insights, ensuring a crisp, fact-based storyline.
Translate VP decisions into executable plans by defining scope, owners, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics, and you drive disciplined follow-up to closure.
Lead 1-2 VP-priority, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end-from problem definition through solution design, implementation, and value validation-removing blockers and driving accountability without direct authority.
Shape the VP's priority and decision agenda by framing the right questions, clarifying decision rights, and bringing forward clear options with implications and recommendations.
Maintain a portfolio view of priorities (outcomes, owners, dependencies, and risks) and propose escalation paths and decision points to protect value delivery.
You build and maintain an integrated business fact base that combines commercial performance, operational drivers, market/competitor intelligence, and risk/opportunity sizing.
Synthesize cross-functional inputs into actionable insights by identifying themes, root causes, trade-offs, and early signals, and you recommend concrete actions.
Partner with functions to test strategic hypotheses, build value cases, and translate insights into a pipeline of initiatives with clear scale/stop criteria.
Support key strategies, portfolio, and performance reviews by documenting decisions, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring actions translate into impact.
Own the VP's internal narrative and stakeholder engagement plan, designing communications and adoption loops that strengthen understanding and sustained execution.
What you bring
5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategy execution/PMO, or transformation; experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
Strong ownership and execution discipline; able to drive outcomes through others under ambiguity.
Structured problem solving and strategic thinking; can develop options, trade-offs, and recommendations with incomplete data.
Strong analytics and business acumen (fact base, business case, benefits/risk tracking).
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management; bilingual Mandarin & English; high integrity and discretion.
