About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to play a key role in driving the successful delivery of digital products within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Working closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and delivery teams, you will be responsible for ensuring product roadmaps are executed effectively, predictably, and with a strong focus on customer outcomes. This role requires a delivery professional who is comfortable operating in complex business environments, balancing strategic roadmap planning with day-to-day delivery execution. You will help teams continuously improve delivery practices, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and create an environment where high-quality work can be delivered consistently. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in agile delivery, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with the ability to adapt delivery methodologies to suit different teams and products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or a similar technology-focused delivery role.
• Proven experience working within cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Strong experience delivering digital products and managing complex delivery roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority.
• Experience leading sprint planning, roadmap planning, and delivery governance activities.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience implementing, improving, and scaling delivery processes and frameworks.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
