Head of Delivery (.NET, Angular & Agentic AI)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Engineering Delivery Lead to oversee and support multiple engineering squads working on a large-scale modernization initiative. This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on technical experience with .NET, Angular, microservices architecture, cloud-based systems, and AI-assisted development workflows. You will work closely with internal client leadership, engineering squads, and Oowlish team members to ensure alignment, delivery quality, and technical execution across multiple workstreams. Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, Delivery Lead, or similar
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microservices architecture
• Cloud-based application development
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and delivery practices
• Experience with Claude and structured Claude-based development workflows
• Comfortable with agentic AI workflows or structured AI-assisted development
• Ability to work directly with client leadership and technical stakeholders
