About You You are proactive, reliable, and enjoy helping people solve problems. You are highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical teams. You enjoy being hands-on, can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks to help keep the office and systems running smoothly. The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements

• Master of Science in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 1-year work experience in large-scale data processing/quality management/predictive modeling & working with cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, AWS)/Agile environments using project management tools like Jira/Confluence
• Expertise in designing interactive dashboards with Tableau
• Familiar with Scikit-learn/XGBoost/LightGBM/NLP
• Proficient in Python, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL) & ETL tools (Apache Airflow)
