As an Intern in our Testing team, you will become part of a world-wide support organization that actively contributes to various stages of product development.
This role enables you to strengthen and expand your technical and organizational skills through close collaboration with experienced mentors and by using modern development methods and tools. We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated individual with a good command of English (speaking, writing, and listening), who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment.
Do you want to work as an internship? These should spark your interest:
Review and refine function requirements;
Maintain test traceability throughout the product lifecycle;
Collaborate with systems engineering, electrical, and software teams;
Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications;
Use test management tools to organize and track test specification;
Collaborate with project teams (e.g. Project Managers and Technical Project Leaders) and support clarification of testing topics;
Good knowledge of MS Office programs for structuring data, performing basic analyses, and supporting reporting activities;
Use of AI tools to support requirements analysis, reduce repetitive manual work, improve efficiency, and simplify daily tasks, while assisting with documentation and reporting activities.
A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:
Currently enrolled at a Technical University (e.g., Software Engineering profile) starting from the 2nd year of studies;
Strong understanding of software design principles and engineering documentation;
Strong competence in Python scripting language;
Knowledge of testing methodologies;
Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and specifications;
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills;
Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop skills in a professional engineering environment;
Good communication skills;
Organized, methodical and detail-oriented, with a rigorous and tenacious approach to tasks;
Good command of English, both written and spoken;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
Basic experience in using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
Highly appreciated skills, if available:
Basic knowledge of specific automotive tools such as: IPG Carmaker, DOORS, Vector tools;
Good understanding of Linux;
