Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
Proven ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality code.
Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Requirements
Advanced degree or specialization in financial markets, finance, or mathematics.
Experience with high-performance, low-latency, mission-critical systems.
Familiarity with AWS, cloud platforms, or AI/ML technologies.
This position can be located in Philadelphia, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
