As an Account Manager at Spreedly, you'll act as a strategic advisor and growth partner to a defined portfolio of high-value customers. You'll own retention and expansion across complex accounts and build multi-threaded relationships that uncover value and strengthen customer commitment. It requires the ability to manage both transactional details and strategic outcomes. Your role will contribute to Spreedly's growth by driving insights at the account level, expanding relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that customers fully realize the benefits of our payments orchestration platform. This role is open to candidates who currently reside in the Greater Raleigh-Durham Area of NC, and is a hybrid role with the expectation of two days a week to be spent in the Durham, NC HQ. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS Sales, with quota-carrying or expansion responsibilities
  • Experience with consumption-based or API-first SaaS models
  • Proven track record managing $3M+ ARR with high retention and growth outcomes
  • Excellent communication, value-based selling, and stakeholder management skills
