Performs all treatments and massage therapy available on the spa menu - Manage appointments and keep on time - Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Be sensitive to each guest's comfort level and service needs - Adheres to a high professional standard in dress, grooming, language and lifestyle - Consistently records and updates client records - Helps in performing other expected tasks and duties: stocks, treatment rooms' cleanliness, assist in bookings, etc. - Familiar with Body scrubs and/or wraps techniques, body massage, facial treatment processes - High energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment
