Associate degree in electronic engineering technology or equivalent
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Customer service experience

As an Electronics Service Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:
Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, specialists, and subordinate supervisors, relying on technical expertise from technicians within the work area.
Responsible for daily operations and performance indicators of the electronics service team to meet performance, quality, and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer support teams to optimize workflow and communication to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Monitor employee performance, regularly provide employee feedback, empower, mentor and coach employees, write and deliver performance reviews, and assist employees in setting goals.
Re sponsible for assessing employee training needs and providing/overseeing training.
Actively and effectively address personnel issues and settle differences equitably and productively.
Create, update and ensure control of department work instructions and reports.
Responsible for driving employee engagement in process improvements and positively and accurately communicating change.
Provide input into staffing and capital needs through the collection and reporting of data.
Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
